CELEBRATE THE COUNTDOWN TO OUR 250 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE
WAR FOR INDEPENDENCE

The Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust have partnered to bring a special traveling exhibit, the American Revolution Experience, to Arizona. The exhibit includes panel presentations and interactive kiosks that connect to full digital biographies and provide documentary content about the American Revolutionary War.
This exhibit is unique in touching on the journeys of Patriots and Loyalists, ordinary men and women, including Black and Native populations rather than limited to famous generals and statesmen. A perfect way to celebrate our 250th Anniversary with schools groups, civic groups, and families.
FEBRUARY 3rd – 8th: M-F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – Noon. This event is FREE, sponsored by Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Battlefield Trust.
The DAR Community Service Award is presented for cultural, educational, humanitarian, patriotic, historic, citizenship, environmental, or conservation service activities.

In 1955, DAR petitioned Congress to set aside September 17-23 annually to be dedicated for the observance of Constitution Week. We honor this week with an exhibit board at the Anthem Civic Center.
